• The minimum age for riding a jet ski in Dubai is typically 16 years old. However, this may vary depending on the rental company and the specific tour or activity.
• There are certain areas where jet skiing is not allowed, such as near commercial ports, busy shipping lanes, and swimming zones. Rental operators will typically guide you to designated areas where it’s safe and legal to ride, ensuring your safety and adherence to local regulations.

• Non-Refundable: The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
• Validity: This gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Transfers: This gift card is transferable and can be used by anyone as long as it is within the validity period.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: If the recipient or bearer of the gift card fails to show up for the booked flight/safari or cancels within less than 24 hours' notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
• Restrictions: This gift card cannot be used for any special promotions, discounts, or combined with other offers.
• Weather and Safety Conditions: Bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.
• No Extensions: No extensions will be granted after the three months validity period has expired.
