How It Works
A flyboard operates by utilizing water propulsion to lift a rider above the water’s surface and enable them to perform acrobatic maneuvers. Here’s how it works:
1. Flyboard Setup:
The flyboard itself consists of a board with bindings that attach to the rider’s feet.
A long hose connects the flyboard to a personal watercraft (PWC) or jet ski.
2.Water Propulsion:
The PWC operator controls the throttle of the watercraft. When the throttle is engaged, the PWC’s engine pumps water through the hose at high pressure.
3.Lifting Off:
The high-pressure water shoots out of nozzles located beneath the flyboard.
This forceful jet of water propels the rider upwards, lifting them off the water’s surface.
4.Balance and Control:
To maintain balance and control while in the air, the rider adjusts their body position.
By leaning forward, backward, or to the sides, they can control their direction and perform maneuvers.
5.Maneuverability:
Tilting the feet forward or backward allows the rider to control their ascent or descent.
Shifting their weight and pointing their toes in different directions enables turns and spins.
6.Safety Features:
Most flyboards are equipped with a kill-switch on the rider’s wrist, allowing them to shut off the water propulsion in case of an emergency.
Additionally, PWC operators closely monitor the rider to ensure their safety and can reduce throttle if needed.
7.Landing:
When it’s time to return to the water, the rider gradually reduces throttle on the PWC.
By pointing their feet downward, they descend smoothly and re-enter the water’s surface.

Beginners are provided 30-minute flyboard sessions, which include around 10 minutes of instruction from a professional to ensure that you enjoy your experience and that you fly safely. Your instructor will assist you and manage the power according to your skill level. Once you’re comfortable on the device, the instructor will show you some new tricks such as sinning, and how to dive like a dolphin.

• Non-Refundable: The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
• Validity: This gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It must be redeemed within this period; any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• Transfers: This gift card is transferable and can be used by anyone as long as it is within the validity period.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: If the recipient or bearer of the gift card fails to show up for the booked flight/safari or cancels within less than 24 hours' notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no rebooking or refund will be issued.
• Restrictions: This gift card cannot be used for any special promotions, discounts, or combined with other offers.
• Weather and Safety Conditions: Bookings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, the recipient will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost within the validity period.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.
• No Extensions: No extensions will be granted after the one-year validity period has expired.
